I’ve finally given in and joined LinkedIn. I had resisted for so long. I hate networking. I’m not a networky kind of person. But people keep reminding me that it’s an important part of the business of being a writer (apparently sporadic and somewhat random Facebook posts/rants don’t count as a “social media presence” for some reason), so… fine. Sigh. I feel kind of dirty.

Luckily I don’t know any of those…
You don’t have to think of it as “networking”, per se. Frankly, I use as my online address book for colleagues.
