Jack is made of PVC pipes and his head is chicken wire covered in spray foam and papier mache. My daughter donated some old school shoes (now filled with cement!) and a shirt for him, and I sewed his suit out of black fabric and hand-painted the lines all over. The bow tie is carved foam for the bat head and there are wires inside the fabric to make it stand out.
Jack also reappeared for Christmas with a fancy new Sandy Claws suit:
